Shipping Policy - the basics
1. Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
We currently ship within the United States.
For large orders or special delivery requests, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, delivery address, and selected shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our site or in promotional emails.
3. Order Changes or Cancellations
Because we begin preparing orders quickly, please contact us within 24 hours if you need to make changes or cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email support@naturalbeautybyj.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the damaged items so we can review and make it right.

What to include in the Shipping Policy
Generally speaking, a Shipping Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for processing orders; the shipping costs; different domestic and international shipping solutions; potential service interruptions; and much, much more.
